| Shrimp Artichoke Spread
½ lb shrimp, cooked
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp lemon pepper
1/8 tsp salt
Dash of cayenne pepper
½ tsp paprika
Melba toast or assorted crackers
In medium bowl, combine shrimp and artichoke hearts; chop finely. Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon pepper, salt and cayenne pepper; mix well.
Place mixture in 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve hot with Melba toast or crackers. Makes about 3 cups. |
