| Coconut Cream Dessert
1 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
½ cup walnuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (13-1/2 oz.) bowl Cool Whip
2-3-1/2 oz. pkg. coconut pudding mix, not instant
2-1/2 cups milk
Coconut
Combine flour, margarine, and walnuts in bowl. Mix well. Press in bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool thoroughly.
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup cool whip in bowl. Blend. Spread over cooled crust.
Combine pudding mixes with milk in saucepan. Cook until thick. Let cool. Place over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle coconut over all. Refrigerate till ready to serve. |
