| Gourmet Stew
3 lbs. lean stew meat
1 (`10-1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
8 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
¾ cup burgundy wine
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Place ingredients in a heavy oven casserole dish with a tight-fitting lid.
Bake at 275 degrees for 4 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6. |
