| Oven Stew
Beef roast, cut in cubes
Potatoes
Carrots
Onions
2 cups beef broth
4 to 5 Tbsp instant tapioca
½ pkg. onion soup mix
Place vegetables on bottom of roaster; meat on top. Sprinkle dry tapioca over top. Spoon beef broth over all.
Bake in slow over at 300 degrees for 1 to 2 hours. Then 250 degree over for 2 to 3 hours longer. |
