Easy Pizza Crust Recipe
Easy Pizza Crust 1 cup warm water 1 Tbsp yeast 2-1/2 to 3 cups flour 2 Tbsp olive oil ½ tsp salt Combine water, yeast and 1-1/2 cups flour in large bowl. Mix well. Add oil, salt and remaining flour. Work until dough hold in shape. Knead for 5 minutes. Add more flour if dough becomes sticky. Let rise in greased bowl until doubled, about 1 hour. Punch down. Let rest for 15 to 20 minutes. Shape into pizza crust in pan that has been rubbed with olive oil and sprinkle with cornmeal. Enough dough for one thick 15-inch crust or two 12-inch crusts.
