Orange Fruit Cake Orange Mix: 1 orange, all but seeds 1 cup raisins ½ to 1 cup nuts Grind all together and same 1/3 for frosting. ½ cup butter or shortening 1 cup sugar 1 egg 1 cup sour milk 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups flour 1 tsp soda 1/3 tsp cinnamon 2/3 cup orange mix Bake at 325 degrees in an 8 x 11-inch pan until the cake is done. Use rest of the orange mix in the frosting. Mix powdered sugar and butter or margarine to right consistency and then add orange mix and spread over the cake.
