| Beef Stew #5
1 1/2 lbs. stew beef, cubed
1 large onion, diced
6-8 potatoes, chopped
3-4 carrots, chopped
1/2 stick butter
Garlic salt
Ground cloves
Roll beef pieces in flour and brown in skillet. Season with garlic salt and cloves while browning.
In large pot combine 1/2 with water, 1 teaspoon bouillon and onion. Let simmer for 2 or 3 hours, add carrots and potato. Add 1/2 stick butter and simmer until vegetables are fully cooked. |
