Vegetable Rice - Chinese Recipe
Vegetable Rice - Chinese 1 lb cooked rice 6 oz. Chinese cabbage, shredded 4 oz. green beans, sliced 4 oz. frozen peas 3 spring onions, chopped 1 tablespoon light soya sauce salt, to taste Rinse the cooked rice in cold water and drain. Put the rice in a pan. Arrange cabbage, beans, onions and peas on top of the rice. Cover and cook gently for 4 - 6 minutes. Sprinkle with soya sauce and add salt to taste. Stir the veggies evenly into the rice and heat up once again quickly. Serve at once.
