Easy Peanut Butter Cookie 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 3/4 - 1 c. peanut butter 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. biscuit baking mix Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add biscuit mix and mix well. Chill at least 1 hour. Shape into 1" balls. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes.
