Irish Coffee Cake recipe at Just Great Recipes

Irish Coffee Cake 1 chocolate cake mix 1/2 cup vegetable oil 4 eggs 3 tbsp instant coffee 3/4 cup Irish Whiskey 1/2 cup water 1 pkg chocolate instant pudding Tub of Cool Whip pr whipped cream Combine all ingredients except Cool Whip and thoroughly blend for about 2 minutes. Put into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 50 minutes or until straw comes out clean. Removed from pan and cook on rack. Cut and serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
