Irish Coffee Cake #2 1 bundt cake mix 1/4 cup butter or margarine 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp powdered instant coffee 1/2 cup whiskey Whipped Cream - Optional Combined together all ingredients. Thoroughly blend for about 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Frost or serve with whipped cream.
