| Teriyaki Chicken Breast
Slice Chicken breast into 1/4" thick strips.
1 cup dark soy sauce
1/4 cup Sweet Rice Wine or Sweet White Wine
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tblsp brown sugar
1 tsp Ground Ginger
3 green onions, cut into 4" pieces
Mix all ingredients. Put in container and add meat strip. Cover tightly and let meat marinate in refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or overnite.
To cook, remove meat from marinade.
Strain the marinade sauce and reserve liquid. Grill or broil meat as usual, brushing occasionally with reserved marinade while cooking. |
